This is a question I often hear from their clients when the host re-evaluate the VoIP service provider. The size of a simple enough question, but I want to consider how the vendor response. Uptime is Loosely defined as a certain time the system has been up and running. Many famous makers boast 9's Five (99.999% uptime) as the gold standard for reliability, but what really matters?
